Begin Well Nutrition works with kindergartens and schools to provide nutrition incursions that encourage children to learn and explore food in a fun and “hands-on” approach.
Our interactive incursions are backed by science, and aim to teach children nutrition education through age-appropriate activities, including games, real-life food examples, and food tasting.
