Meet Your Dietitian
Hello – I’m Tenille – a paediatric dietitian!
As the eldest sibling of a large family, I have witnessed first hand the joys and challenges that come with feeding kids and know the frustration that arises when things just aren’t working.
I started Begin Well Nutrition to help children and families who are finding mealtimes difficult or stressful. I aim to replace the chaos and confusion, and instead, empower children and parents with the knowledge and confidence to eat well, feel good, and most importantly enjoy food!
I work with children of all ages, from toddlers to teenagers. My special interests include fussy eating, nutritional deficiencies, and growth concerns.
